RV Series Sediment Strainers protect critical pipeline components by removing solids/suspended impurities. The Y-pattern strainers feature a bottom-entry design that permits maintenance on the valve while in-line. The RV Series PVC Sediment Strainer with True Union Ends/EPDM Seals comes in 1/2" through 2" sizes. Its clear PVC construction permits inspection of the screen while in service. The true union ends allow the valve to be easily removed from the piping system/fully serviced as required. This specialty valve comes in socket (IPS)/female threaded (FNPT) styles/has a PVC mesh screen in ASTM 35 mesh size.
