The Xirtec vinyl process piping system offers a complete line of pipe, fittings, flanges, strainers/valves for all your process system requirements. This high-performance vinyl system is designed to meet the temperature, pressure/flow requirements of piping systems used in chemical processes/other industrial applications. Xirtec PVC will not rust, pit, scale or corrode, ensuring superior underground performance, outstanding resistance to a wide range of chemicals/improved airflow. Durable yet lightweight, components are easily handled, stored, cut/joined. With an extended service life, low maintenance requirements/a low thermal conductivity factor, this vinyl process piping system is an excellent alternative to metal systems. It is potable-water approved/has an exceptional temperature range to a maximum of 60 Degrees C (140 Degrees F) under pressure. Pipe/fittings are available in Schedule 40/80 thicknesses. Xirtec PVC grey concentric coupling (socket x socket) fittings come in 8" x 4", 8" x 6", 10" x 4", 10" x 6", 10" x 8", 12" x 6", 12" x 8", 12" x 10"/16" x 12" sizes.
